The Law changes daily it seems. For lawyers, this keeps it exciting. For non-lawyers, it makes the law a bit scary at times.
My practice and my passion are representing injury victims against those who have harmed them. Typically, this means a David-Versus-Goliath battle as the insurance companies have more resources to defend cases than injury victims have at their easy disposal.
I believe that a skilled trial lawyer can overcome these long odds, but it isn’t always easy!
Our blog will bring you the latest developments affecting the rights of injury victims and their families. Sometimes this will be a new case or statute, others it will contain information about a defective product or a case that our office has recently handled.
Because the law is ever changing, these developments don’t always seem important until they affect you! Other times, our will tell you about a case or experience that has touched the lives of an injury victim. Knowledge is power, and hopefully, you will find something of interest in these pages.
